+ Are all your products sold vintage?
Everything we source is vintage or pre-loved. This means it is second-hand and has been previously worn before. It is within our best intentions to source vintage clothing in top condition. However, please do note that all vintage items have been previously worn, and may show some signs of previous wear including discrete marks. Any significant damage will be photographed in the items listing so please fully inspect all photos. Minor marks, scuffs, loose threads, etc. may be missed by our inspection team as these are vintage pieces which have, of course, been worn for many years previously and, over that time, have built up that desirable vintage look, feel and character. Such marks, scuffs, loose threads, etc. are small and are not imperfections which prevent the piece from still being worn to its fullest!
+ Why buy vintage products?
Buying vintage clothing helps to reduce the amount of clothing going to landfill each year and also allows for a distinct and individual style. When buying second hand, not only are you buying something that has the potential to be extremely rare and not even being manufactured, but it also reduces your carbon footprint.
+ If a product has sold out, will it come back in stock?
All vintage items are 1/1. We are always searching for the best vintage products, however we cannot guarantee that we will get specific pieces, sizes or colours back in stock. We recommend checking our website daily, or signing up to our newsletter in order to catch the latest drops first.
+ How do I place an order?
If you wish to add an item to your basket, click the 'Add to Cart' tab on the product listing. Once you are ready to check out, go to your basket and click the 'Check Out' button. Alternatively, you can just click 'Buy Now' to go straight to checkout so you don't miss out on a piece that's caught your eye! Enter your shipping information and select the desired postage method. You will then be asked for your payment details and your order will be placed.
+ Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. We also accept Klarna Payments, Clearpay & Laybuy if you would like to buy now, pay later or spread the cost over interest-free instalments!
+ When will my item be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day (excluding weekends). Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched on the next working day.
+ Can I amend my order?
If you wish to amend your order, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org
If you wish to amend your delivery details, please let us know as soon as possible. Once you have contacted us regarding a change of delivery address, we will do our absolute best to ensure the changes are made and we will get back to you as soon as possible to inform you if it has been possible.
In the instance that your delivery has already left our warehouse, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes to your order. A refund will not be issued for any orders sent to an incorrect address due to customer error.
