We aim to ship all orders placed before 2pm (GMT) on the same day (excluding weekends). Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched on the next working day.
At Vintique Clothing we pride ourselves on ensuring the fastest, most reliable shipping possible by only using internationally recognised couriers, however, with using different couriers, particularly when it comes to international post, there can be unexpected delays that are out of our control.
We only ever send parcels to the exact address provided you. If you make a mistake with your address, please do let us know as soon as possible. We cannot promise anything, but we will try our absolute best to ensure the parcel gets posted to the correct address.
Please do note that we accept no liability for any parcels that are lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered if the address information provided is incorrect. We can do our best to help with the alteration of a delivery address, however we cannot always guarantee that this will feed through to the courier's system in time, so please do ensure you enter the correct one the first time at checkout! Should the parcel be returned to us due to an address error, you not being in to receive the parcel (or failing to collect from your local post office), or for any other reason we will contact you and let you know that we will repost it to you, but we must add the relevant shipping fee onto the total cost. The 'relevant shipping fee' for all UK parcels is £4.99, regardless of whether free shipping was applied for the first delivery attempt or not. We will not under any circumstances refund an order which has failed to be delivered due to any of the aforementioned reasons.
Please note that international parcels can be subject to customs charges/duties and/or import duties/tax. We do not accept liability for any international parcels which do not pass your country's customs clearance process or incur customs charges. Different countries' customs clearance processes cam differ in speed, strictness, fees, and other factors and these are completely out of our hands. This is a risk that you take when placing an online order from overseas and it is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of any potential extra fees which they may incur from importing purchased goods into their country. Should a customer refuse to pay the relevant customs/import fees and/or refuse to take delivery of their parcel, or the delivery fail due to an incorrect/incomplete address, and the parcel is subsequently returned to us, any refund will be subject to a deduction of the shipping costs (if shipping was free, the standard international shipping fee shall be applied), plus £19.99GBP or 10% of the order value, whichever is greater, due to the costs that we incurred in carrying out our end of the sales and shipping process and the loss of revenue, including sales and transactions fees. Alternatively, we can offer to reship the item, or exchange it for another item up to the value of the original order minus the difference between the shipping cost you paid and the actual cost we incurred in shipping it to you
All shipping time estimates are provided by the couriers. These are what they aim for in every possible situation, however please do understand that potential delays can occur, particularly at the minute due to both the COVID-19 and Brexit situations. These are, unfortunately, out of our control and we cannot issue any refunds for orders that are not delivered within the standard estimated timeframes.
We accept no liability for any missing orders if the tracking information for the parcel is showing the order as delivered to the provided address.
